Suki has spent two decades in the probation service, chalking up experience in offender management, interventions and performance. As a former operational director she has had an impressive track record in streamlining operations and making significant cost reductions while improving performance, and delivering the vision.
Her varied experience includes some key secondments such as at HM Inspectorate of Probation and as an ACO with the NOMS Specification Benchmarking and Costing team, where she developed national specifications. As a Senior Policy Advisor on women offenders at the MoJ, she was able to influence policy-makers.
Managing Director - Skills, Employment, Health and Justice, Seetec Group
Playing a key role in the Seetec Group’s evolution, John has helped transform the organisation into the diverse public and business services provider it is today. As managing director, John has overarching responsibility for Justice, Skills, Employment and Health divisions within the Seetec Group. In the past thirty years, he has led a variety of business operations including training, sales, software development, IT infrastructure and assurance.
John is accountable to the MoJ and the Seetec Group board for the effective delivery and overarching governance of KSS CRC.
Director of Operations, KSS CRC
Cynthia has 25 years experience of working in the criminal justice system including at Inner London, Merseyside and Kent Probation Services.
She has worked as a senior manager for the last decade in a range of lead roles and responsibilities. Her achievements have included winning a NOMS bid to deliver the OM Development Project (Diversity) which produced a national practitioners’ tool kit called Crossing the Communication Divide.
Cynthia took a break for three years, during which time she worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation counsellor for a contracted provider to South Australia's Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Scheme. Her clients included the Correctional Services, the State Transport Authority as well as a variety of independent employers.
Head of Contracts, KSS CRC
Andrew comes to us with over a decade's worth of contract management experience. He is responsible for ensuring KSS CRC meets its contractual obligations and targets. He works with the leadership team to mitigate risk, improve services and achieve all contract deliverables. He is the main point of contact for NOMS.
He has amassed invaluable experience from outside the sector. As a Senior Contract Manager at TNT Business Solutions, he generated £5 million annually from several key accounts by providing onsite and offsite document management services, including those in the finance and public sectors. Previous to this he worked as an Account Manager for Financial Data Management where he looked after two of the company’s largest public sector clients managing their end-to-end print requirements.
Assistant Director for Strategy
Graham has worked across both public and private sectors, shaping organisational approach to change and people management. As a previous Head of HR for a variety of companies, he brings a track record of understanding the strategic needs of an organisation and delivering solutions to enable success.
Graham now brings this strategic and practical experience to KSS CRC’s Excellence and Effectiveness function, where he will be ensuring that the CRC’s strategy and leadership, policy and process, as well as innovation and culture, are aligned and all working together to achieve our objectives.

Head of Service (Assessment, Rehabilitation and IOM)
Responsible for Assessment, Rehabilitation and Integrated Offender Management (IOM) functions.
Head of Policy Development
Responsible for operational policy development and strategic lead for safeguarding across KSS CRC.
Head of Service (Resettlement)
Responsible for managing operations of the Resettlement team including Through the Gate and resettlement services.
Head of Service (Interventions)
Responsible for overseeing the KSS CRC Interventions functions made up of the Employment and Skills Team, the Volunteer/Mentor Unit, the Accredited Programmes Team and the Senior Attendance Centres.
Head of Service (Community Payback)
Responsible for overseeing the operations of Community Payback.
Head of Business Transformation
Responsible for leading the development of My Solution Rehabilitation Programme (MSRP) and our innovative IT solution MYSIS and M-SAT.
