Work for us
We work with individuals who have committed a criminal offence and been given either a custodial or a community sentence by a court. Our goal is to reduce reoffending and in so doing, improve people's lives - those of potential victims of crime as well as the perpetrators of them.
Working for us entitles you to the following benefits:
27 days holiday (pro rata for part-time staff)
Employee Assistance Programme
- Health scheme (membership fee applies)
Staff can access our Employee Forum. The Employee Forum is a staff forum that provides a two-way communication channel between staff and the Board of Management, allowing the opportunity for staff to help understand and shape our business.
We employ around 500 people across the three counties in a wide range of roles. This includes front-line probation professionals such as Probation Officers and Probation Service Officers, and support services staff such as those working in IT, HR and communications.
All our vacancies are advertised through our microsite (below).
